To Whom This May Concern:
In a life-long career as a financial consultant in the field of insurance, estate planning, and Long Term Care products, unlicensed contracting and former Appraiser for the City of Fresno, my former employer preyed upon countless elderly and unsuspecting clients. He used these guises of his various titles to gain access to sensitive and private information and to also do major material damage to countless individual's structures and properties.
I too, fell prey to his criminal nature by personally accepting his offers of assistance in my personal, family and financial affairs, during the time of crisis with my dying father and invalid uncle.
Examples of his criminal actions include: Documented forgeries and his unauthorized relocation of certain plumbing and/or sewer lines and how they are connected to the city's infrastructure that have resulted in extensive damage to private properties. Done with blatant disregard for environmental, municipal, county and or city statutes, laws and codes i.e., evidence of which are the shoddily clamped together sewer and wastewater lines. This resulted in some extremely serious contaminations which have materialized in a litany of physically damaging health aspects to more than just a few innocent victims. It is apparent that some of the heavy-equipment operators utilized by this man in some or all of these underground plumbing incidents, were in fact employees of the City of Fresno.
In some cases, plat maps have even been altered to cover up the unauthorized changes to property and their boundary lines. Earlier records detailing and entailing property descriptions and measurements have suddenly mysteriously become, "no longer available." There is evidence to point-to the un-documented widening of streets, relocation of utility poles and utility lines, most shocking of all, is the utter disappearance of certain property owners whose names are now being forged upon deeds, bank loans, and other legal instruments, for the sole purpose of fraud.
Surprisingly, reporting this to the City of Fresno, was not appreciated. Not only have they called me a 'liar', but they had the audacity to assist one of their employees in filing a Restraining Order against me, in yet another attempt at preventing me from reporting further, on these ongoing atrocities. All the incidents that have been reported by me were accompanied with substantial supporting evidence. The City of Fresno's own records not only verify what has been done from one end of Fresno to the other, but what I have been saying all along.
Help is desperately needed, to utilize the evidence that I have uncovered, [a mountain of supporting evidence], that would greatly assist in the successful prosecution of a case against the individuals behind all of this, beginning with my former employer, whose back-trail speaks for itself.
It is my firm belief that The City of Fresno has become a real and present danger to the residents of Fresno, CA in their efforts to continue their cover up of these atrocities.
